I liked it! I really liked the place and went a couple of times. I found the prices to be cheaper than closer to Vitosha. The services was already friendly and the food came fast. The appetizers were great the main dishes tastes good. You can pay with card or cash. I came back a couple of times. Might not be the easiest to find the very first time but worth it!

Bulgarian eatery at its best On the advice of the guide Vesela, who I recommend to all Italians who come to Sofia, we came here. We had several dishes, especially meat, all excellent. We drank excellent Bulgarian draft beer and concluded with equally good desserts. We took advantage of the advice of a Bulgarian waitress, but knowledgeable of the Italian language, extremely kind. Obnoxious people exist everywhere, but very often they are the customers rather than the workers. If you come and like us you like it, leave a fair tip. Prices are fair but low if compared to our Italian and Ligurian standards in particular. During the week the place can be found in the evening even without booking but on the weekend it is necessary to do so.

Good place to learn about Bulgarian food Restaurant away from the Vithosca area but close to the Alexander Nevi Cathedral, a great place to experience traditional Bulgarian cuisine, the roast lamb is sensational, moderately priced

Below expectations unfortunately The overall experience was below expectations. First we got an appetiser to share. We were not given any plates so it was a bit awkward to eat. It was served with some toasted bread that was oily and didn’t seem fresh. Then we were just served our salad and started eating it when the main course was served. Dilemma- keep eating the salad while the food went cold or finish it later? Not ideal. One of the mains was roast lamb - it was luke warm as were the roast potatoes. The dish would have been a lot nicer if the lamb and potatoes had been hot. Overall the meal was rather mediocre.

Great traditional food in smoke free, cool atmosphere Delicious Bulgarian food. Nice wine too. Definitely the best restaurant we have been to on our 3 night trip. Wonderful staff. The biggest plus with this restaurant is the non smoking throughout. Seems to be the only one in Sofia so great clean atmosphere for everyone. The aircon was good too. Would highly recommend. Open for lunch and dinner so time permitting we will go back again tomorrow for lunch
